Summertime

In the summertime when the weather is fine (and it is!!) it is difficult to use clay or some other materials. Besides that my inspiration is on vacation.
So I'm enjoying my garden and my mini-harvest. On the picture you see the most wonderful combination: strawberries and gooseberries, sweet and sour. It reminds me of the pies my mother used to bake, they tasted so divine. She made them with attention and love, the perfect ingredients. I never managed to make such pies. Sometimes I buy a pie but it never tastes the same as those of my mother. Perhaps I should try again......
